This is a 10 Minute Morning Yoga Total Body Stretch routine to help stretch and wake up the body in the early mornings. Sometimes we only have time to get a 5 minute yoga practice or 10 min yoga practice into our morning routines and that's okay! Because this class gives us a total body stretch in a time frame that works for our busy schedules. In this total body stretch you will wake up the body, release tension and aches and pains throughout the body leaving you feeling your best to take on the day ahead.
